About Me

Real estate is about more than buying or selling a property. It is about understanding what you are trying to accomplish and having someone you can rely on throughout the process. I became a real estate professional because I enjoy working with people, understanding their goals, and helping them navigate what can often be a complicated and unfamiliar process.

Experience & Real Estate Knowledge

Through numerous real estate transactions, I have had the opportunity to work with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in a variety of situations. Leasing has been an especially important part of my experience and has given me a strong understanding of negotiations, market conditions, and the details that can have a meaningful impact on a transaction.

I also make a point of continuing my education beyond the day-to-day aspects of real estate. I regularly follow real estate case studies, study changes in real estate law and regulations, and take the time to understand how laws and legal decisions can affect buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. I believe that understanding the rules surrounding a transaction allows me to better educate my clients, recognize potential issues, and provide more thoughtful guidance.

Real Estate Investing

Investment properties have been a passion of mine from a young age. I have always been interested in how income-producing real estate works and what makes a property a sound investment over the long term.

I spend a significant amount of time studying residential investment properties and analyzing factors such as cap rates, cash-on-cash returns, net operating income, operating expenses, financing, rent growth, property values, and long-term returns. I also study landlord and tenant laws, rental restrictions, operating requirements, and other regulations that can affect residential income properties.

For me, investing is about more than simply buying a property and collecting rent. I enjoy analyzing the numbers, understanding the risks, studying the market, and looking at how different factors can affect an investment over time. This perspective also allows me to approach investment property purchases with a focus on both the numbers and the practical realities of owning and operating residential income property.

Strategy in Different Markets

Real estate markets are constantly changing, and the strategy that works in one market may not work in another. During more challenging or competitive markets, I rely on a range of strategies to help my clients pursue the best possible outcome for their individual situation.

For buyers, this can mean carefully evaluating properties, understanding market conditions, structuring offers strategically, and identifying opportunities that may not be immediately obvious. For sellers, it can mean adjusting pricing, positioning the property effectively, understanding buyer demand, and negotiating from a position of strength.

There is no single strategy that works for every transaction. I believe the best approach starts with understanding the client’s goals, analyzing the circumstances, and adapting the strategy accordingly.

Going the Extra Mile

I believe being a good real estate agent means being willing to go the extra mile for my clients. Throughout my career, I have traveled significant distances to help clients, stepped in to clean and prepare homes, helped rehome animals when circumstances required it, and coordinated the pickup and delivery of furniture and other items.

I have handled countless details behind the scenes that may not technically be part of a real estate transaction, but can make a meaningful difference for a client. Real estate transactions do not always go exactly as planned, and sometimes clients need someone who is willing to step in, find a solution, and simply get things done.

Whether it is coordinating with vendors, helping prepare a property, solving an unexpected problem, or being available when something needs attention, I take a hands-on approach to my work. My goal is to make the process as smooth as possible and be someone my clients know they can rely on.

My Approach

When you work with me, you can expect clear communication, honest guidance, and a hands-on approach. I do not believe in simply telling clients what to do. I want my clients to understand their options, the reasoning behind important decisions, and how those decisions can affect the outcome of their transaction.

Whether you are buying a home, selling a property, leasing, working with tenants, or considering a residential investment property, my goal is to provide the knowledge, strategy, and support needed to help you make informed decisions.

Real estate can be complicated, but your experience with your agent should not be. I want my clients to feel informed, supported, and confident from the beginning of the process through the closing of the transaction.
